Romantic Engagement Photos at Griffith Observatory
There’s something special about the Griffith Observatory at sunrise. By most people’s reckoning, it’s the top tourist destination in Los Angeles, and if you’ve ever been there you know it’s always packed with people from all over the world and of all walks of life. But at sunrise, when it’s close to empty and you can hear the birds and see the sky growing golden with the first rays of light, there’s something of another world in the air.
On this particular early morning, I met Jasmine and Sean in person for the first time. They had flown in from New York for the session and to make arrangements for their wedding at the end of this summer, which I am so excited to photograph. We explored the Observatory grounds and took some photos with the classic Hollywood Sign in the background, and their love and humor shone like the early morning sun rays.
