I recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings, but feel free to reach out even if your date is sooner—I’ll always do my best to accommodate or be helpful, even if I’m not available myself.

Absolutely! You don’t need all of the answers to start the conversation. Just share whatever details you have, and I can help you figure out the best coverage options based on your vision and priorities. And we can always adjust the contract/coverage closer to your wedding day.

Once we’ve confirmed availability and we’ve met over the phone or a video call, I’ll send over a proposal with your custom package. You’ll be able to reserve your date by signing that contract and paying the 50% retainer. After that, I’ll guide you through timeline planning (usually two months before your wedding) and be available for anything else you need.

Absolutely! I’m based in Los Angeles, but I love to travel for destination weddings and engagements.

A thousand times yes! I love working with wedding planners. I’m happy to collaborate with them to keep your day flowing smoothly, and I’ll let you define how much contact you’d like from me directly and how much you’d like me to communicate through your planner.

That’s totally okay, and I’m honored that you’re considering working with me so early in the process. Just include your best estimate on the form and let me know in your inquiry note that it’s not a set date, and I can let you know what my availability looks like around that time. I usually book weddings and events 6–12 months in advance, so it’s great to start the conversation early.
