Vineyard Estate Elopement in Temecula, California
Spring in Temecula is a magical time. The vineyards burst into life, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The air is filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and love is definitely in the air. Lizette and Cory chose to exchange vows against this backdrop of natural beauty, surrounded by their closest family members.
As their photographer, my goal was to capture their connection—an easy enough task, as Lizette and Cory are clearly head over heels for each other—with a perspective grounded in authenticity, candid moments, and storytelling.
Eloping in Temecula, California
Eloping in Temecula, the heart of Southern California’s wine country, is an inspired choice for couples seeking an intimate, picturesque celebration. With its rolling vineyards and temperate climate, Temecula offers a unique blend of natural beauty and romantic charm. It’s the ideal backdrop for an elopement that feels both intimate and adventurous.
Getting Ready for an Elopement
In separate rooms of the estate and in the surrounding gardens, Lizette and Cory—surrounded by their closest family members and friends—got ready for their wedding day, enjoying the beautiful May weather.
Family Photos
Family photos are an important part of any wedding day, but they are particularly significant for small weddings, where the only guests are the people who mean the world to the couple. We dedicated the most beautiful golden hour light of the day to family portraits amongst the grape vines.
Elopement Wedding Ceremony
Lizette and Cory met together under a wedding arch that they built themselves, decorated with paw prints from their fur babies. With Cory’s sister officiating and witnessed by their dearest loved ones, they said their vows.
