An Intimate Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopement | Zuzette + Luis
There’s something undeniably romantic about a Santa Barbara Courthouse elopement—the charm of the historic architecture, the lush courtyard gardens, and the intimate nature of exchanging vows with only your closest loved ones present. For Zuzette and Luis, their elopement was a celebration of the life they’ve built together over the past twelve years—simple, heartfelt, and filled with love.

With its Spanish Colonial architecture, arched walkways, and beautiful landscaped gardens, the Santa Barbara Courthouse is one of the most beautiful places to elope in California.
On this winter day, Zuzette and Luis signed their marriage license, the official start to a long-awaited moment. From there, we stepped outside into the courtyard of the Santa Barbara Courthouse, where the couple stood hand in hand and exchanged vows.
Afterwards, we explored the grounds of the courthouse for their newlywed portraits, capturing moments of joy, quiet romance, and the excitement of finally calling each other husband and wife.
